I. Literacy
1. Request students to use various methods to learn Chinese independently, explore interest of study
Chinese characters, continue to insist on learning words in the language environment and learn words
in the reading process. Encourage students to know words actively and independently.
2. To distinguish of the similarities and differences of polyphone, homophone and words with similar
shape or various meanings will result in the confusion of record, write.
3. Pay attention to prevent to write wrong characters. Insist on the activities of everyday contrast f
or homophone and words in similar shape, hospital for wrong characters, phrase extend game, word
choosing for blank filling, friend finding for words with similar shape and so on. Form the environment
of literacy, writing and character correction. Guide students to form the habits of using the word
correctly and writing gradually by practice repeatedly.
II. Phrase:
1. Hold the key phrases and sentences in the texts to understand, master them gradually, be good
at using the key phrases and sentences and then comprehend the texts. On the basis of comprehending
the phrases and sentences, value the use and accumulate of phrases and sentences. Guide students to
collect the beautiful phrases and wonderful passages, gain language information in the spare time reading
and in daily life and train the ability of using the Chinese words correctly and the good language habits.
2. Learn a large amount of written words as the learning of texts. Combine the familiar things, imagine
and look up in the dictionary. Combine the learning of new words and phrases. Learn words in phrases
and learn phrases in sentences. Neither learn and write words nor review the learning status of new words
lone.
3. Continue to strengthen the study of phrases and sentences in the language environment. Comprehend
phrases according to the context.
4. Try to know the meaning of phrases and make phrases according to the basic meaning of each word.
5. Test through the form of taking examples, explaining in one’s own word, performing, making signals,
instead by thesaurus, speak out the antonym, painting and so on, such as reading loudly, making sentences,
word matching and correcting the word by playing a game.
III. Read teaching:
1. Understand the whole article and comprehend the intension of whole article. The purpose of comprehend
words, phrases, sentences is also for understanding the whole article.
2. Master the way of expression, speaking, composition and learn to make and use phrases and sentences.

the comprehension and understand of necessary word, phrase, sentence and passage. Finally to understand,
taste, appreciate and use them in the article.

loving project.
V. Learning Content
The content have to be mastered includes about 33 articles. And the topics of these articles are: Familial Affection,
footstep, study, lovely small living, intelligence, marvelous rock, special local product, respect with equal, observe
and discover, receive wise, letter, walk into forest and so on. We will hold about 11 ’Chinese Corner’ activities in which
we’ll provide plentiful exercises and key of them and also exams every two lessons. At the same time, we’ll summarize
tables for literacy, writing and so on.
